Orders received after 1.00pm (13.00 GMT) (Monday - Friday) may not be processed until the next working day. Next day deliveries could take until 5.30pm to be delivered unless premium next day services are requested at the time of ordering. Friday orders will not be delivered until the following working Monday unless Saturday morning deliveries are requested at the time, where surcharges will be added TO ALL ORDERS.
We use APC or Royal Mail for UK Mainland Deliveries, which have to be signed for.

Apart from items marked 'Bulky' - Delivery is FREE to all business addresses subject to a minimum order value of £75 (ex VAT) within Mainland UK (except the Scottish Highlands* & Scottish Offshore**). Orders below £75 will incur the following delivery charges based on weights.

A 2-5 Day delivery Service is used for these postcodes.
Scottish Highlands* - add £6.50 to the Standard rates.
Scottish Offshore** - add £12.50 to the Standard rates.
Premium Next Day (Weekday) Surcharges
Delivery by 12:00noon within Mainland UK only – add £5.00
Delivery by 10:00am within Mainland UK only – add £8.00
Delivery by 09:00am within Mainland UK only – add £15.00

All requested Saturday morning deliveries will incur an extra charge of £12.00 in addition to the Standard Charge and any timed Surcharge amounts.

Global Products & Tools Limited do not accept liability for any delivery failures incurred by third party carriers.
In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations, please call Customer Services on 01246 233585. The Company will usually accept stock items back for credit provided they are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery/collection. Customers must accept and pay for goods (if tendered for delivery) on the contractual date. The Company reserves the right not to replace or credit goods claimed to be defective until it is confirmed the fault is not the result of improper use or installation. The cost of any returns will be borne by the customer.
