The Company contracts on the basis that the Purchaser is bound by these conditions of Sale (whether or not a quotation is given by the Company). Where there is any inconsistency between these Conditions of Sale and any Conditions or other terms, which the Purchaser seeks to impose, these Conditions of Sales shall prevail, unless the company has specifically agreed in writing alternative Terms and Conditions.

Purchase of Products
All goods offered.
You must be 18 years of age to purchase products from ‘The Company’. Please read these Terms carefully prior to indicating your acceptance.
Sale of Goods
All Products are believed by Global Products & Tools Limited (the ‘Company’) to be of a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended. Any defect should be reported to the Company immediately it is discovered. All technical information in response to an enquiry is given by the Company in good faith. It will ultimately be for you to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the product having regard to your own particular situation and site conditions. The liability of the Company will not exceed the value of the Products supplied. In particular, loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded.
Any information, whether verbal or in writing of any kind (including on our website), is for guidance only and is given in good faith but without warranty, since skill of application and use with varying site & weather conditions are beyond our control. In any event, we do not accept any liability whatsoever for the performance or non-performance of any goods beyond the value of those goods (for example, we shall not be liable in respect of wasted time or additional costs incurred by any person such as labour or downtown costs nor shall we be liable in respect of any alleged consequential losses of any person).
Whilst every effort is made to display as accurately as possible our products, there may be times when our suppliers have provided different coloured items.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing all orders are executed subject to prices and any relevant discounts ruling at the date of delivery and any other price list of the Company whether published or not shall apply. All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to availability.
Online orders are subject to a minimum value of £5.00 excluding VAT.
The Company and the Purchaser expressly agree that until the Company has been paid in full for all goods, such goods shall remain the property of the Company and the Purchaser shall hold them as Bailie. If the Purchaser sells the goods before payment in full has been made and if the Company requires, he shall hand over to the Company all claims for payment against the sub-purchaser. So long as the property in the goods remains in the Company the Company shall have the right, without prejudice to the obligation of the Purchaser, to purchase the goods, to take re-possession of the goods and for that purpose to go upon any premises occupied by the Purchaser. The Company may maintain an action for the price of the goods notwithstanding that property in the goods may not have passed to the Purchaser.
Health and Safety
The Company makes available in good faith information about its products and with regard to the conditions necessary to ensure that products supplied will be safe and without risk to health when used properly. Any information and advice given should not of itself be considered an adequate risk assessment as may be required under health and safety legislation. If you are not already in possession of information concerning the safe use of the products or you become aware of any risk to health and safety, you should contact us.
Until such time as the Company has confirmed credit account facilities in writing, payment shall be due in full on or before delivery, and the Company may withhold delivery accordingly.
The Company shall be entitled to charge interest on overdue accounts at 2% per month and to suspend deliveries without notice of any of the Purchaser’s orders or to cancel such orders if any payment from the Purchaser becomes overdue (or if the Purchaser being a company has a receiver appointed or goes into liquidation or being an individual commits an act of bankruptcy or has a receiving order made against him). Where the contract provides for separate instalments, deliveries or parts, payment for each instalment, delivery or part shall be made as if the same constituted a separate contract.
Delivery for Website Orders
Delivery for website orders throughout the United Kingdom, for standard products is usually within two working days*. Orders received after 1.00pm (13.00 GMT) may not be processed until the next working day. If all the items on your order are in stock, we will aim to dispatch your order the next working day. *The first working day is the day after your order has been placed. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Delivery will normally be by post or courier, needing a signature, and will occur between 7.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Premium next day delivery before 12.00 & Saturday morning deliveries are available for additional costs, (see Delivery Information for rates & more details).
Unless a trading account has been agreed, all Products must be paid for prior to delivery. Risk shall pass on delivery. If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to the Company by you with full particulars within three working days of delivery. We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the Products.
